Plusieurs villages manquent d’eau potable, ce qui cause des problèmes de santé et de longues corvées, surtout pour les femmes et les enfants. Cette proposition vise à construire ou réhabiliter des forages, installer des systèmes de traitement de l’eau et organiser la gestion locale des points d’eau. Cela améliorera le quotidien de tous et garantira un accès équitable à l’eau dans toute la commune.
